Shipping policy
1 - WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days from confirmation. Once processed, the order is handed over to the shipping company. Transit time is usually 8 to 12 business days, depending on the destination country, area, and the selected shipping method.
In total, the estimated delivery time is approximately 10 to 15 business days from the date the order is processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.
2 - SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
To ensure timely processing, orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. The cut-off time is 14:00 (2:00 PM) and may vary depending on the selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. We also monitor shipments and may contact you if any issues arise with delivery. For this reason, it is necessary for customers to provide a valid email address and phone number during the checkout process.
If the destination country, city, or area is an island or a remote location, delivery routes may vary and additional transit time may be required due to changes in shipping providers.
In case of shipping difficulties due to changes in import/export regulations or logistical restrictions, Sneaktribe reserves the right to change the shipping company if necessary to complete the delivery.
3 - DELIVERY DAY AND TIME:
Shipping companies operate from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays.
Estimated delivery dates do not take into account local or regional holidays at the destination. Only national and local holidays at the place of origin are considered.
While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, orders are generally delivered within a maximum of 30 days from processing, depending on the destination and the shipping company’s conditions.
If the shipping company cannot locate the recipient, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled. If delivery is not successfully completed after the second attempt, the customer may be required to collect the order from the carrier’s facilities, in accordance with their policies.
4 - UNDELIVERED ORDERS:
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid will not be refunded and new shipping costs must be paid for reshipping the goods.
